The Cohiba Ambar represents the first new release in the Cohiba Línea Classica since the Pirámides Extra was introduced in 2012. This medium-to-full-bodied cigar offers a taste profile that closely mirrors the original Cohiba flavor first showcased in 1982 with the Lancero, Corona Especial, and Panatela. In Cuba, it is referred to as a Placeres and boasts a distinctive size of 5 ¼” (132mm) in length with a 53-ring gauge, setting it apart in the Habanos SA catalog. Finished with a pig-tail cap, the Ambar comes presented in a sleek varnished boîte nature box containing 10 cigars.

It remains the only Habanos brand to utilise an additional fermentation process for its Seco and Ligero leaves, aged in special cedar barrels.
